Abstract Submission Guidelines



Abstracts are invited for Free Paper Presentation and Poster Presentation at TOSACON 2025.

Abstract Submission Guidelines for Free Paper :
  • The abstract must not exceed 150 words, in 12pt Arial font, with double spacing.
  • The title should be concise and avoid using abbreviations.
  • Do not include personal details in the Abstract.
  • Postgraduate students presenting papers will be given priority.
  • The abstract should include the following sections: Title, Aim, Methods, and Conclusion.
  • Do not include images, tables, or graphs in the abstract.
  • The first author will be considered as the presenting author, and the certificate will be issued in his/her name only.
  • The last date for submitting the abstract is 15th December.
  • The scientific committee reserves the right to accept/reject any paper without assigning any reason.
  • Any paper submitted by a postgraduate student should be certified by their HOD.
  • Conference registration is mandatory to present a free paper or Poster presentation.

  • Any paper submitted by a postgraduate student should be certified by their HOD.
  • The abstract should be a brief description of the Title, Aim, Methods, and Conclusion.
  • Do not include images, tables, or graphs in the abstract.
  • The first author will be considered as the presenting author and the certificate will be issued in his/her name only.
  • One author can present only one Paper or Poster presentation.
  • The last date for submitting the abstract is 15th December.
  • The scientific committee reserves the right to accept/reject any paper without assigning any reason.
